For students leaving their university or college for the summer months, heading home, then returning to a different shared house or halls of residence, knowing what to do with all of their student possessions is difficult. It is pointless to transport them hundreds of miles, just to bring them back a few months later, especially when they will get no use at the family home during the summer months. This is especially true for the increasing number of overseas students and those who travel a long distance for their studies.
